摘要 论述了热处理中机械零件彩色图像测试温度的方法.将机械零件加热至热处理温度范围内,随着温度的上升,机械零件表面颜色从暗红至橙红到黄连续变化.在此过程中应用红外测温仪测得加热零件的温度变化,同时拍摄加热零件对应温度的彩色图像.应用计算机对实测数据和实拍图像结果进行了分析与处理,对数据结果建立了可调用数据库,并设计了温度图像三基色(RGB)及对应温度分析与显示的图像温度分析程序;采用中值滤波法对实拍图像进行预处理,以降低噪声.通过数字回归得出了被测零件加热后温度与彩色图像三基色的关系.结果表明,在加热零件温度范围为700~900℃时,图像三基色中红色分量变化为主;在温度范围为900~1050℃时,绿色分量变化为主. This paper discussed the relationship between the temperature ana me mree pninary color midge of mechanical part during heating treatment. The mechanical part was heated to the heat treatment temperature, and its surface color changed from dark red to orange, and to yellow with the temperature raising. During the test, an infrared radiation thermometer was used to get heating part temperature, and the correspond- ing color images were taken by a camera at the same time. The tested temperature and the heating image data were analyzed by the computer, a database was built and the project flow was designed to analyze and display the three primary color (RGB) images and the temperature. To decrease the effect of the noise disturbance in the processing of image, the median filter method was used. The relationship between the temperature of heating mechanical parts and three primary colors of image were obtained through digital regression. The analysis results show that the red of the three primary colors is the main variable parameter of the temperature from 700℃; to 900℃, and the green is main variable parameter of the temperature from 900℃ to 1 050℃.
