摘要
介绍新型煤层注水设备高压脉动水锤装置的结构原理,进行受力分析,借助Matlab/Simulink构建仿真模型,将仿真结果与实验结果进行比较,验证仿真可行性。进一步仿真分析主弹簧刚度的影响,结果表明:主弹簧刚度从2 250 kN/m减小到1 000 kN/m,装置输出的峰值压力和稳定压力都增大。
Introduces the constructional principle of a new coal-seam injection device,high-pressure pulse water hammer,and carries out mechanical analysis.The simulation model of system is built based on Matlab/Simulink.Compared the simulation and experiment results,the feasibility of simulation is verified.The further simulation showes the stiffness of main spring changes from 2 250 kN/m to 1 000 kN/m,the steady pressure and the output peak pressure are increased.
