摘要
为提高采煤机行走机构驱动装置的可靠性,应用Solidworks和Abaquse分析软件,分别对三对不同齿形的驱动轮进行接触分析对比。仿真结果表明模数为25 mm渐开线齿接触性能稳定、传动性能较好,而摆线齿啮合稳定性则相对较差,啮合冲击也最大,该仿真结果与现场实际使用结果一致。
In order to improve the reliability of shearer's traveling mechanism,the contact analysis of shearer's driving wheel of three profiles is carried out based on software Solidworks and Abaquse.The simulation results showed that the involute profile of modulus 25 had more stable contact and transmission performance than those of cycloid profile,and the maximum meshing impact presents with cycloid profile.The results are consistent with the practical experience.
