摘要
应用故障树法分析带式输送机的可靠性。针对常见的运行故障,建立带式输送机故障树,通过定性分析求出最小割集。运用灰色关联分析,计算并联度及排序,对发生各种故障的可能性做出判断。
Fault tree analysis（FTA） is applied to analyze the reliability of belt conveyor.The fault tree of belt conveyor is established in view of its common operational faults.All the minimal cut-sets are got through qualitative analysis.Grey relational analysis is applied to judge the possibility of various faults by calculating and ranking the correlativity.
