摘要
为解决ZFYD2500型反井钻机在某矿溜煤眼施工过程中曾出现的扩孔刀盘连接螺栓松动乃至断裂的问题,介绍反井钻机及扩孔刀盘的概况和结构型式。通过对刀盘螺栓松脱现象的主要原因及机理进行分析,提出了解决方案及预防措施,效果良好。
In order to solve the problems that ZFYD2500 type drilling machine had appeared the bolt＇s loose or even broken problems during coal sliding hole construction process at a coal mine.The general situation and structure of raise drill machine and hole-slash cutter head are introduced.Solution proposal and prevention measures are introduced by analyzing the main reasons and mechanism of cutter head bolt loose phenomenon,and have good results.
