Fault Diagnosis of Piston Air Compressor Abnormal Sound and Vibration

针对活塞式空气压缩机在使用过程中常见的故障,通过分析气缸、机身、管道、电机等部分的异常振动及运动部件、气缸组件、吸排气阀、飞轮或联轴器的声音异常,详细分析空气压缩机振动和异响两方面的故障。根据检验过程中取得的经验,给出了相应的维修措施,提高了活塞式空气压缩机的诊断效率。

In view of the common faults of piston air compressor during use process,analyzes the abnormal vibration of air cylinder,main body,tunnel and electrical motor parts;then analyzes the abnormal sound of sports parts,air cylinder parts,exhalation and emission valves,flywheel and shaft joint,both the faults of air compressor vibration and abnormal faults are analyzed in detail.According to the experience for testing process,the relevant mending measures are given.The diagnosis efficiency of piston air compressor is improved.
