机车车辆焊缝疲劳评定结构热点法研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 结构热点应力法是一种先进且切实可行的疲劳评定方法,可以大幅提高机车车辆疲劳强度评定水平。目前业内研究人员已经开展了一些富有成效的研究。综述了机车车辆疲劳强度的研究成果;简述了热点应力法的发展和定义;重点对确定热点应力和对应的S-N曲线两类关键问题展开详细阐述;最后对热点应力法在机车车辆焊缝疲劳评定中的应用提出了建议。 Structure hot spot stress,a feasible and advanced fatigue assessment method,can enhance the level of fatigue evaluation in railway vehicle industry significantly.So far,researchers have made notable progress at this field.This paper introduces the research achievements in railway vehicle fatigue evaluation briefly and reviews the definition and history of Structure hot spot stress.It also takes the latest research findings to elaborate on the two keys issues which are how to calculate the hot spot stress and obtain hot spot stress design S-N curve.Finally,some available advice are provided for this method in the industry.
