摘要
振动时效是一种采用激振技术施加循环载荷有效降低和均化工件内部应力的技术,相对传统的热时效工艺具有效果好、投资少、成本低、节能减排、灵活性强等特点。随着亚共振技术的完善和频谱谐波技术的发展,应用范围不断扩大,现已广泛使用于机械制造、船舶、航空、航天、矿山机械、燃气轮机、风力发电等行业,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
