摘要
750 kW风力发电机是目前国内各大风场装机的主流机型,其关键部件的变形仍时常发生。针对750 kW风力发电机轮毂和主轴的变形问题,运用UG三维绘图软件构建750 kW风机中轮毂和主轴的实体模型,借助有限元软件ANSYS,对轮毂和主轴进行应力分析,计算轮毂和主轴的最大应力和最大应变,归纳出轮毂和主轴设计时要考虑的问题,为风力发电机的设计提供依据。
The 750kW wind turbine is the current major type for wind farm capacity in China,but its component deformation occurs frequently.This article establishes the model of a 750kW wind turbine's wheel hub and mainshaft by UG-supported model building and uses the ANSYS finite element to make the analysis and calculate the maximum stress and strain of the wheel hub and mainshaft so that the effect of wheel hub and mainshaft is summarized and the basis is provided for the design.
