摘要
本文就Al、Zn 及其稀土合金和Fe等12 种试样进行了长达11 年的大气腐蚀试验。结果表明,Al、Zn及其合金中添加适量稀土可以不同程度提高其耐蚀性。特别是Al、Zn 合金中加入稀土后提高耐蚀性明显,Al-43.4% Zn-1.6% Si及Zn-5% Al合金中加入0.1% RE耐蚀性分别提高0.5 倍和1.05 倍。稀土的适宜加入量小于0.5% 。
Experiments of 12 types of samples,which are Al,Zn and their alloys and Fe etc.,have been made in atmosphere corrosion for 11 years.The results show that corrosion resisting property of Al, Zn and their alloys can be improved differently by adding suitable amount of RE metals into them.Particularly,corrosion resisting property of Al base and Zn base alloys can increase significantly.After being added into 0 1% RE metals,the corosion resistances of Al 43 4%Zn 1 6%Si and Zn 5%Al are 0 5 and 1 05 times as higher as those of their original samples separately.The optimum amount of RE metals is less than 0 5% .
