摘要
建立了电位滴定仪测定饮料中还原糖含量的方法,加标回收率为96%~103%,相对标准偏差小于2%。研究了方法的线性关系,并对取样量进行了规定。另外,与国标法测定结果进行比较,表明两个方法在a=0.01水平上没有显著性差异,相对偏差小于6%。此方法测定准确度与精密度高,操作方便,适用于饮料中还原糖含量的测定。
The method for determination of reducing sugar in drink is established with the recoveries of standard addition of 96%-103% and the relative standard deviation of less than 2%. The linear relationship of the method was studied and the sample weight was defined as well. In addition, compared with the results of Chinese national standard, two methods have no significant difference on the level of α = 0.01 with RE〈6%. This method has characteristics of easy operation with good accuracy and precision which can be used to determine the content of reducing sugar in drink.
