摘要
针对某厂冷轧带钢卷取机兼作开卷机存在的穿带不便尤其运行偏移不稳的问题,2006年改造了酸洗和轧机的有关设备:酸洗卷取机增加了自动对中装置和功能,确保卷取带钢整齐划一;轧机增加了摆动导向辊等,方便开卷穿带。
In view of inconvinience in strip threading and unsteadyness in operation for the cold strip mill and coiler double as decoiler,relevent equipment were rebuilt： adding automatic centering device to ensure the uniform of the strip steel;adding swing guide roller for the roller to facilitate the decoiling and threading.
