摘要
以开阳、浏阳等几种有代表性的磷矿为原料,进行了料浆法制磷铵的试验研究。在模拟工业性工艺试验基础上,较系统地研究了影响磷酸、磷铵物性的因素及变化规律,测定了有关物性数据及工艺技术指标、产品质量,所得结果既能提供磷矿质量评价的依据,指导现有生产技术改造与操作,又能为料浆法磷铵设计提供基础数据。
A Slurry Concentrating Process(SCP) for ammonium phosphate production was tested withsome kinds of typical phosphate rock, such as Kaiyang, Liuyang rock. The factors, which effect thephysicochendcal properties of phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate, were intensively investigated onthe base of simulative tests on commercial process. The related physicochemical data, process parametersand product quality were measured. With the results of this reseaech, the quality of a phosphate rock wasevaluated. The obtained data were not only applicable to the design of SCP ammonium phosphate production,but also useful in the improvement and operation of the commercial process.
