摘要 建立了苯丙酮酸钠反应结晶过程的数学模型,研究了在苯丙酮酸醚萃取液中滴加稀碱溶液的反应结晶过程:对该过程涉及的湍流扩散宏观返混及界面化学反应进行分析,提出了一种简化、有效的混合模型;并考虑了结晶的团聚和破碎作用;运用离散化的粒数平衡方程可求解得到CSD(晶体粒度分布)。该模型得到了实验数据的支持,为进一步的过程优化提供了依据。 The crystallization process of phenylpyruvic acid sodium salt was analyzed, and a simulationsystem was established. In the system, a mixing model was proposed. By using a set of discrete populationbalance equations and the mixing model, the main effective factors of crystal size distribution were studied.Agglomeration and breakage were considered in the system. The simulation results were supported byexperiment data. The job in this paper may be taken as the basis for the optidrization of the crystallizationprocess.
