摘要
用732Fe+++型树脂为吸附剂,进行了木糖山梨糖混合溶液的分离试验。通过环状色谱床层中的物料衡算;取得了连续性方程的解,再以表征双组分混合液分离效果的参数定义为基础,假定了相平衡关系、返混规律和相间传质机制不变的情况下,用木糖或山梨糖色谱分离收集液的产率和分离度为目标函数,以进料浓度、进料液流量、冲洗液流量、床层高度和床层旋转速度等操作条件为变量进行估算,取得了一系列曲线和一些规津,可为连续环状色谱柱的工程放大,提供参考依据。
The experiments of separation of xylose-sorbinose aqueous mixtures with 732Fe+++ resin asadsorbent was done. Based on the experimental results and the assumption of constant phase equilibrium,dispersion regular pattern and inter-phase mass transfer mechanism in continuous annularchromatography(CAC), a mathematical model was proposed and used to simulate the influence of inletconcentration, inlet flow rate, purge flow rate, bed height and rotary velocity of bed on separation effects.The results were useful in scale-up of CAC column.
