摘要
通过实验研究各操作参数对普鲁卡因青霉素结晶产品粒度的影响,考察了混合对普鲁卡因青霉素反应结晶(沉淀)过程的影响,从而得到了最佳结晶工艺,并应用于工业生产中。
The influences of such operation parameters as operation style,feeding point and style, reactivecrystallization temperature, feeding rate, stirring speed, reactant volumetric ratio, and seed on the crystalproduct sizes in reactive crystallization process of procaine benzylpenicillium were presented. So theoptimum operation schedule was obtained and applied in industry.
