摘要
研究了常压气相合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的方法,以活性炭为载体,钯为主要活性组分,利用微分和积分反应器研究了不同助催化剂以及CO与CH3ONO的流量比对DMC得率的影响:并用XPS测定了催化剂中钯元素在反应前后价态的变化;并研究了CH3ONO再生的最佳反应条件和反应动力学方程。
The synthesis of DMC from oxidative carbonylation of methanol in gaseous phase at atmospherewas studied. The study revealed that atomic palladium plays as major active component in the active carbonsupported catalyst. The yields of DMC were affected by the flowing ratio of CO/CH,ONO and differentpromoter etc. The XPS spectra revealed that atomic palladium (Pd') in the catalyst was converted tooxidative palladium (Pd=+) after reaction. The chemical kinetic equation of regenerating CH3ONO was firstlydetermined in the present study.
