摘要
新疆某铜铅锌多金属矿属于含铜原生硫化铅锌矿,矿物种类复杂,嵌布粒度不均匀且金属矿物间共生关系密切。针对该矿石的性质特征,为了综合回收矿石中的有价金属,开展了铜铅锌浮选分离试验研究,试验结果表明:采用优先浮选工艺流程,获得铜精矿品位25.13%、铜回收率80.67%;铅精矿品位58.76%、铅回收率88.99%;锌精矿品位56.21%、锌回收率87.39%的优良指标。
A Cu- Pb- Zn ploymetallic ore from Xinjiang belongs to the native lead-zinc sulphide ore containing copper. Mineral species of the ore is complex and uneven dissemination size and the relation among Cu, Pb and Zn minerals is very close. For the nature of the ore, in order to comprehensively recover valuable metal ores, the flotation separation experimental research of copper, lead and zinc is carried out. Test results show that:experiment using preferential flotation process flow gains good indicators. The flotation indicators are copper concentrate grade of 25.13 %, recovery of 80.67 % ;lead concentrate grade of 58.76 %, recovery of 88.99% ;zinc concentrate grade of 56.21% ,recovery of 87.39%.
