摘要
研究了不同V 含量助剂对CuO/Al2O3 催化剂上CO2 加H2 合成甲醇的影响,发现V 助剂在低于510K 时能明显提高催化剂的活性和选择性。X 射线衍射结果表明,V 助剂加入后,CuO 的分散度明显提高。程序升温还原(TPR) 的“ROR”法揭示,在CuO/Al2O3 催化剂中存在能在室温下被氧化的铜物种,而这种铜物种的含量随V 负载量的增加而增多。
The effect of V promoter on the CuO/Al 2O 3 catalysts with various of V were studied by CO 2 hydrogenation,XRD and TPR techniques It is found that the catalytic activity and selectivity of the catalysts containing V promoter are both obviously improved below 510K,and this improvement becomes more evident with the increase of V loading XRD and TPR analysis show that V promoter is well dispersed on the surface of Al 2O 3 which could enhance the dispersion of Cu species Highly dispersed Cu species which could be oxided at room temperature is probably responsible for high low temperature activity These Cu species increase with supported V increasing
