摘要
论述了ＰＳＡ 法空分的工艺技术，为提供产品气纯度和回收率而对工艺流程作出的改进，并提出了ＰＳＡ法空分工艺流程下一步的研究方向。
The improvements of PSA process for air separation to increase the purity and recovery ratio of product gases are reviewed,and the further research aspects of the PSA process are also prospected.
