摘要
综述了近年来甲醇催化脱氢制无水甲醛的研究,讨论了该领域中催化剂研制和反应机理。负载型过渡金属铜、锌催化剂,含钠难熔盐及分子筛等多种催化体系都表现出较好的催化性能,催化剂的活性及稳定性还有待进一步提高。对无氧参与的反应机理的研究还较肤浅,活性中心的状态及催化剂的表面性质对选择性的影响有待进一步研究。
Dehydrogenation of methanol is a promising process to form water free formaldehyde.Sveral kinds of catalysts,such as supported transition metal catalysts,sodium containing salt and zeolites,exhibit well catalytic properties.Further research work should be done to improve the stability and selectivity of formaldehyde at higher conversion.Although a number of catalysts have been developed,the nature of the active sites and the reaction mechanism are still unclear.This paper reviews the development in the field of methanol dehydrogenation in recent years.
