摘要
通过分析建设学习型农业科研单位的必要性和重要性,提出了建设学习型农业科研单位的主要措施,以使中国热带农业科学院在新的历史条件下又好又快的跨越发展。
The necessity and importance of construction of studying agricultural scientific institution are analyzed.Key measures are proposed to construct studying agricultural scientific institutions,to promote the development of Chinese Academy Tropical Agricultural Sciences.
