On the Definition,Function and Principle of Crisis Coverage

危机是指由意外事件引起的危险和紧急的状态,具有意外性、聚焦性、破坏性、紧迫性,容易引起涟漪效应、蝴蝶效应和多米诺骨牌效应,一直是媒体报道关注的焦点.作为危机管理的一个重要分支,危机报道在我国的研究较晚,理论与实践均有待进一步规范.通过从危机以及危机报道的定义入手,对危机报道的功能进行系统归纳,重点分析了充分发挥危机报道在突发危机事件中的积极作用和所应坚持的原则.

Crisis is the danger and emergent status aroused by accident, which is accidental, focusing, destroying and urgent, easy to lead to many other things, having been the focus of media coverage. As an important branch of crisis management, the research on crisis coverage is late, so the theory and practice need to be improved. This paper has, from the definitions of crisis and crisis coverage, made a summary of its functions and analyzed the positive role and principles of crisis coverage in crisis events.
