单晶表面上脱附分子的动能分布和角分布探讨

摘要 气体分子在金属表面的吸附和脱附几十年来一直是表面科学的重要课题.因而我们用理论模型和计算方法来说明脱附气体分子的动能分布和角分布有着十分重要的现实意义和科学意义.详细说明从单晶表面脱附的分子的动能分布和角分布的理论模型和计算方法. The absorption and desorption of gas molecule in metal surface have been the research centre of surface science. There is of great pragmatic and scientific significance to demonstrate the energy and angle distributions of desorption molecule in single crystal surface by way of theory model and calculation, which is discussed in the paper.
