摘要
新型列车运行监控装置以控制器为中枢,在网络结构上分为控制层和通信层,通过网络分层保证控制功能的完整性;根据对冗余方式可靠性分析和比较,提出模块级冗余、硬件冗余切换电路和智能化模块式的输入输出模块设计方案;采用大容量CF卡作为地面基础数据转储的载体,运用MD5码校验技术和数据冗余存储技术,实现了一次性自动完成车载主机和显示器中地面基础数据的更新,提高了列车运行监控装置更新地面基础数据的安全性和易用性。地面测试和装车运行试验表明,该装置已基本满足现行列车运行需求,能保证控制列车运行安全。
The controller is the backbone of the new train operation monitoring device.Its network structure includes two layers: the control layer and the communication layer.The integrity of the control functions can be assured by the layered network.The reliability of module-level redundancy and system-level redundancy is analyzed and compared.On this basis,the better module-level redundancy is adopted for the new train operation monitoring device.Also,the scheme for designing the hardware redundancy switching circuit and the intelligent modular input/output module is proposed.Large capacity CF card is used as the carrier for the dump of ground basic data.By applying MD5 code verification technology and data redundancy storage technology,the ground basic data in the on-board host computer and the display has been automatically fully updated at the same time.The train operation monitoring device has improved both the security and usability for updating ground basic data.Ground tests and service running tests show that the device has basically met the current requirements for train operation and thus can guarantee the safe train operation control.
