综述了强有机碱DBU 的结构、性质、合成以及在消除、异构、缩合、酯化、环加成等多种反应中的应用。作为碱性试剂,其特点是反应条件温和,反应物转化率高,产物选择性专一。
This paper reviewed the synthetic methods for strong organic base DBU and its applications in many reactions,such as elimination reactions,isomerizations,condensations,esterifications and cyclizations,etc.
