优化高职教学质量保证体系的策略研究

Strategy Research on Optimizing Teaching Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges

完善教学质量保证体系是推进教学管理现代化,保证教学质量持续提高的重要手段。文章结合个人多年的高职教学与管理经验、BTEC的任教经验及美国社区学院的交流经验,分析了我国高职院校教学质量保证体系的现状及存在的问题,对比了国外同类院校的成功经验,进而提出了优化我国高职院校教学质量保证体系的具体措施。

Perfecting teaching quality assurance system is the key method to boost teaching management moderniza- tion and guarantee the education quality continuous improvement. This article has analyzed the existing problems of our higher vocational colleges. It has also expounded the successful experience of similar foreign institutions. Then it has put forward such suggestions to optimize teaching quality assurance system in our higher vocational colleges as by means of the combination of internal and external quality monitoring mechanism to ensure vocational education occupational, through third-party evaluation mechanism to ensure the quality standard of occupational and authori- ty, the curriculum coordinator system to ensure that the tion tracking and feedback system to ensure the quality teaching quality of stability and the strict teaching informa- of teaching and the continuous imnrovement as well.
