摘要
目的评估GP方案二线治疗蒽环类和紫杉类失败的晚期三阴乳腺癌近期疗效和安全性。方法 37例蒽环类和紫杉类一线治疗失败的晚期三阴乳腺癌患者给予吉西他滨1.0 g·m-2,静脉滴注,第1、8天;顺铂40 mg·m-2,静脉滴注,第1、2天,3周重复,2个周期后评价客观疗效,CR、PR及SD患者均继续治疗直至进展,所有患者随访均超过6个月。结果 37例患者近期疗效CR:0例,PR:16例(43.3%),SD:14例(37.8%),PD:7例(18.9%);总有效率CR+PR:43.3%。中位至疾病进展时间(TTP)5.5月。该方案的主要毒副作用为骨髓毒性和胃肠道反应。结论 GP方案二线治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌具有良好的近期疗效,安全性良好。
Aim To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gemcitabine（GEM） plus cisplatin（DDP） in 2-line treatment of advanced TNBC after the failure of anthracyclines and taxanes.Methods 37 cases of advanced TNBC with anthracyclines and taxanes resistance were treated with GEM 1.0 g·m-2,day 1,8 and DDP 40 mg·m-2,day 1,2,21 days repeatedly.After 2 cycles,the response and side effects were evaluated.All cases were followed up for more than 6 months.Results Efficacy of the 37 cases were as follows：PR 16 cases（43.3%）,SD 14 cases（37.8%）,PD 7 cases（18.9%）,with a total rate of 43.3%.Main side effects were neutrogena and gastrointestinal tract toxicity.Conclusions The combination of gemcitabine and cisplatin is effective and safe in the 2-line treatment of advanced TNBC.
