利用左右手传输线设计一种小型分支线耦合器 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种利用左右手传输线和互补螺线谐振器电路设计的小型分支线耦合器,工作频率为720 MHz。将互补螺线谐振器电路替换原微带传输线,达到了缩小器件尺寸的目的。利用Ansoft HFSS进行了仿真,此种方法设计的分支线耦合器尺寸比传统的电路缩小50%,在中心频率处耦合度(S21,S31)为-3.2 dB,隔离度(S41)低于-20 dB,回波损耗(S11)低于-25 dB。 A novel miniaturized branch-line hybrid operating at 0.72 GHz is presented.By replacing the 90o branch line of conventional branch-line hybrid with the novel 90o composite right/left handed(CRLH) lines realized by complementary spiral resonators(CSRs),the occupied effective area of our proposed hybrid can be reduced by about 50% from that of the conventional one.At the central frequency,S21=S31=-3.2 dB,S41≤-20 dB,and S11≤-25 dB.
