摘要
常规线性稳压电源中,调整元件串联在负载回路,其作用就像一只可变电阻,输入电压或负载变化时,串联调整元件的压降改变,从而使输出电压稳定不变。当输入电压过高时,串联调整管的功耗很大,因此效率很低。为了解决常规线性电源采用滑动电阻调节方式所带来的低效率问题,通过采用数字控制的方法,使线性电源的效率最大化。该设计利用STC12C5410AD单片机输出PWM控制三端稳压器,实际带载测试在输入电压波动范围为±20%的情况下,效率达到了50%的结果,证明数控型电源具有工作稳定,电压调节精度高,纹波系数小,效率高于常规线性电源的特点。
A digital DC power supply for the controller design based on the STC12C5410AD is introduced.The design of single chip uses the power of digital detection and control to enhance the efficiency of linear power and adopts liquid crystal display as the user interface.The system has achieved a two-way 0 ~ 30V voltage output and one 5V constant voltage output.The structure and the basic principles of approximate numerical control DC power are proposed.Experimental results prove that the numerical control DC power has stable working,high precision on regulated voltage,small ripple wave coefficient and high efficient.
