浅论低碳经济浪潮下中国物流业的应对策略

Strategies on China Logistics Based on Low-carbon Economy

低碳经济是达到实现经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种经济发展形态。解决运输体系的高能耗、高排放与实现低碳转型离不开物流业的低碳化。目前,中国物流业存在着低碳物流思想观念淡薄、政策制度滞后、节能低碳发展水平落后、低碳物流人才严重缺乏等问题,这从根本上影响了低碳物流的实施进程。政府应加快完善低碳物流业发展的相关政策,加快建立服务低碳物流业一体化的低碳技术平台,加快构建物流信息系统和合理的区域网络结构,加强对低碳物流复合型的人才培养,以满足低碳物流的人才需求,形成促进低碳物流发展的绿色供应链,实现物流的低碳化发展。

Low-carbon economy is a win-win form for economic and social development and eco-environment protection.Low-carbon logistics is the determinants to deal with high energy and high emission in traffic system.Now the main reasons that affect low-carbon logistics are weak awareness,lagged policy,outdated energy-saving technology,and shortage of professionals.The government should improve relevant laws and regulations to form integrated low-carbon platforms,logistic information system,and proper regional network;train comprehensive professionals for low-carbon logistics to meet social needs;and develop green supply chain to realize low-carbon logistics.
