摘要
工作士气是影响企业竞争取胜的重要因素。从现有工作士气特征、人口统计学变量、组织环境等相关因素和不同角度进行实证研究:个人自身需求满足度和对工作满意度是决定个人工作士气高低的关键因素,二者呈正相关。一个组织培育工作士气,应将团队目标和个人目标有效的结合起来,让员工参与拟订工作计划与目标设定,并应通过有效的沟通和精确的管理塑造员工的认同感、归属感和合理性,只有这样才可能激励员工保持高昂的工作士气。
Working morale is an important factor affecting enterprise competiveness.The empirical analysis on features of working morale,demographic variables,and organization environment from different aspects shows that the satisfactions with self-demand and work are key factors determining individual working morale,and that the correlation is positive between the two factors.That is,when developing and keeping a high working morale,the organization should combine the team target with individual target: allowing the employee to participate in the working plan and target,building a sense of recognition,belonging,and rationality.
