Evaluation of adalimumab on the treatment of rheumatism

摘要 生物制剂在风湿病治疗中的应用是近年的热点问题。本文综述阿达木单抗在类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、银屑病关节炎和克罗恩病等免疫性疾病中的应用,并探讨其作用机制和相关不良反应。 Biological agents used for treatment of rheumatism are hot in recent years. This review introduces adalimumab in the treatment of immune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis and Crohn＇s disease including its mechanism and adverse reactions.
