为了增加新药发现、研究的效率,科学家们一直致力于寻找新的药物设计和药物筛选方法。基于片断的药物发现(FBDD)为药物设计提供了一种新的选择。本文综述FBDD的过程、所采用的技术方法以及目前国外研究的主要成果。

In order to enhance the efficiency of new drug research and development, scientists are looking for new approach on drug design and screening. Fragment-based drug discovery （FBDD） provides a new choice for drug design. This review describes the process, the technology used, and the current research status of FBDD.
