摘要
枯草杆菌芽胞与大肠杆菌对电离辐射抗性测定的结果表明;枯草杆菌芽胞的抗力远较大肠杆菌为高。前者D_(10)值为1.80~2.27kGy,后者仅为0.025~0.084kGy。辐照时提高温度,有加强细菌抗力的趋势;干燥菌片上的细菌对电离辐射的抗力略强于菌悬液中的细菌。
The D_(10) values for Bacillus subtilis spore and Escherichia coil exposed experimentally to ^(60)Co γ radiation under different conditions were measured and were found to be 1.80~2.27 kGy and 0.025~0.084 kGy respectively. The former was far higher than the latter. The experimental result also indicated that the radioresistance of both organisms tended to increase when the temperature during irradiation increased from 10℃ to 35℃. The D_(10) value for test organisms on dry bacteria carrier was higher than that for organisms in suspension.
