On the Development of Employment Competence through "Six Integrations"——New Research on Improving High Vocational College Students' Employment Competence via College-Enterprise Cooperation

就业能力是一种与职业相关的综合能力,校企合作是提高高职生就业能力的关键,但目前通过校企合作提高就业能力还存在不少问题。本文分析了校企合作培养高职生就业能力的现状,然后从校企合作的视角提出了打造高职生就业能力的新途径。

Employment competence is a comprehensive ability related profession. College-enterprise cooperation is the key factor to improve students＇ employment ability. But there are still quiet a fewproblems to improve em- ployment competence through it. The paper analyzes the present situation, then puts forward new ways of developing highvocational college students＇ employment ability from newperspectives.
