摘要
对以聚乙烯醇为载体的固体碘伏进行了消毒饮水效果观察。试验表明,当pH值为5.0~8.0,水温为18~25℃,作用10分钟的最低有效剂量为37.5mg/L(含有效碘7.5mg/L)。pH过高,水温过低,有机物污染严重,均可降低该消毒剂杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果。所用载体聚乙烯醇,无色无味,初步毒性试验证明属实际无毒,本药有可能成为一较好的个人饮水消毒剂。
The germicidal effect of solid iodophor (with polyvinyl alcohol as the carrier) on Escherichia coli in water was observed in laboratory. The result indicated that the higher the dose of solid iodophor, the better the germicidal efficacy. The minimal effective dose of solid iodophor for killing E. coil in artificially contaminated distilled water was 37.5 mg / L (containing 7.5 mg/L available iodine) with a contact time of 10 min when the water temperature was 18~25℃ and pH was 5.0~8.0. The efficacy of the disinfectant in killing E. coli in water would decrease in case of high pH, low water temperature or heavy contamination by organic substances. The oral LD_(50) of the disinfectant for mice is 6,748 mg/kg. No pathological change was seen in rats subjected to subacute toxicity experiment.
