急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和可溶性细胞间黏附分子水平变化及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 研究发现,局部和全身炎症在动脉粥样硬化发生发展及并发症的产生中起着重要的作用。患者外周血中细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercellularadhesion molecule-1,sICAM-1)介导了内皮细胞活化并引发炎症反应,炎性因子中超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)可以作为预测冠心病事件的独立影响因子。本实验通过检测急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中sICAM-1和hs-CRP水平变化,探讨其与冠脉病变之间的相互关系,为临床预测急性冠脉事件的发生提供依据。
