河南省基层医疗机构卫生资源现状的研究

Study on Present Situation of Medical Resources in Grassroots Medical Institutions in Henan Province

目的研究河南省基层医疗机构和基层医务人员的数量是否满足本省人民群众看病就医的基本卫生需求。方法 依据2009年中国卫生统计年鉴,分析并比较河南省与中部地区其他省份基层医疗机构和医务人员数量的具体情况。结果河南省基层医疗机构和基层医务人员数量在中部六省中是最缺少的,不能够满足本省群众基本卫生需求。结论结合河南省实际情况,提出提高河南省基层医疗机构和基层医务人员的必要性和途径。

We aimed to study on whether the numbers of grassroots medical institutions and grassroots medical workers in Henan Province can satisfy the basic medical demand of masses in this province.In accordance with 2009 China Health Statistics Yearbook,the writers analyzed and compared the concrete situations of the numbers of grassroots medical institutions and grassroots medical workers in Henan Province and those in other provinces in the central plain region.We found that Henan Province has the shortest numbers of grassroots medical institutions and grassroots medical workers among the 6 provinces in the central plain region,which can not satisfy the basic medical need of masses in this province.Combined with the practical situation in Henan Province,the writers put forward the necessities and the route to improve the shortage of grassroots medical institutions and grassroots medical workers in Henan Province.
