摘要
现代医院人力资源管理对信息化要求程度越来越高。以大连市某三甲医院为例,对该院目前人力资源部业务流程以及应用"人事工资管理系统"中存在问题进行分析,从人力资源管理角度出发,提出构建医院人力资源管理信息系统的设想。
Human resource management in modern hospitals made higher and higher demand for informatization.Taking a three-A hospital in Dalian as an example,the writers analyzed the professional flow of human resources in the hospital and the current existing problems in ＂Management System of Personnel Salary＂,and put forward the envision for the establishment of information system on human resource management of this hospital from the aspect of human resource management.
