摘要
预压接触分析是进行点焊过程热电分析的基础,根据弹塑性理论和接触理论,针对点焊接头的几何特点和载荷加载特点建立了点焊预压阶段的轴对称有限元分析模型,并对预压接触行为进行数值模拟,分析了电极压力对预压接触行为的影响规律。
The preloading contact analysis is the basis of thermoelectric analysis during resistance spot welding.According to elastic-plastic theory and contact theory,based on the geometrical characteristic and pressing characteristic in welding process,an axisymmetric finite element model for preloading contact analysis was established.The preloading contact behavior was simulated and the influence law of electrode pressure on preloading contact behavior was analyzed.
