摘要
以QY20汽车起重机的副臂为分析对象,以ANSYS为有限元分析平台,利用其二次开发功能,编写APDL命令流。通过对汽车起重机副臂结构特点及力学特性的研究,确定了建立有限元模型所需的特征参数。结合VB6.0调用ANSYS计算程序,实现了参数化建模和参数化有限元分析,完成了汽车起重机副臂结构的建模和有限元分析的参数化过程。
Based on the research on the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of QY20 truck crane fiy jib,the characteristic parameters used to set up the finite element analysis model were determined.By calling calculation program in ANSYS with VB6.0,the parameterized modeling and finite element analysis of truck crane fly jib were achieved.
