摘要
在对生物质热风炉换热器进行实验研究的基础上,根据其特点建立了相应的三维分析模型,并基于多孔介质分布阻力模型,采用SIMPLE算法、标准k-e湍流模型和壁面标准函数法,通过求解三维N-S方程和能量方程模拟了烟气在换热器管程流动和空气在壳程流动的传热过程。得到了不同的壳程流体流速下的温度场、速度场、质点迹线图,通过实验验证了分析模型的正确性。对影响生物质热风炉换热器流场及热交换的关键因素进行了探讨,为相关设备的设计、优化及应用提供了有价值的参考。
In this paper,based on experimental study on the heat exchanger of a biomass hot blast stove,according to its characteristics,the corresponding three-dimensional model is set up.Based on the distributed resistance and the porous medium model,the standard k-e turbulence model and wall standard function and SIMPLE algorithm,the N-S equation and energy equations are solved,and the flue gas flow in heat exchanger tube and the air flow in heat exchanger shell side in heat transfer process are simulated.The temperature field,velocity field and particle trace diagram of the fluid in the shell at different velocity are obtained.The correctness of the analysis model is verified by an experiment.The key factors influencing the heat exchanger and flow field are discussed.This study provides a valuable reference for the design,optimization and application of the heat exchanger.
