高温磁悬浮轴承定子电磁线圈封装技术研究

摘要 高温电磁线圈是高温磁悬浮轴承系统的关键元件,为了延长高温电磁线圈的可靠性及使用寿命,提高磁悬浮轴承系统的性能,需要对高温电磁线圈进行封装。主要介绍了高温磁悬浮轴承系统,设计了高温磁悬浮轴承定子线圈的封装结构以及线圈陶瓷骨架结构,探讨了电磁线圈的封装材料及线圈封装工艺。 High-temperature solenoid coils are key components of high temperature magnetic levitating bearing system.In order to prolong the service life of high-temperature solenoid coil,improve the performance of the high-temperature magnetic levitating bearing system,it is necessary to encapsulate high-temperature solenoid coil.Firstly,the high-temperature magnetic levitating bearing system was introduced in the paper.Secondly,the package structure and the ceramic skeleton structure of the electromagnetic coil were designed and produced.At last,the potting material of the electromagnetic coil was discussed,and the potting process of the coil was studied.
