摘要
使用四辊可逆冷轧机,调整初始压下量为15%,将材质为08Al的冷轧带钢在4种不同的轧制工艺条件下进行轧制,并在剪切机上剪成长方形板带作为残余应力测试件,利用小孔应力释放法(即不同张力条件下对板带残余应力分布影响的实验)初步揭示了带钢残余应力与板形的关系,为改善残余应力分布进而改善板形做了有益的工作。其研究成果不仅为实际生产提供了理论依据,而且也为目前普遍受到关注的板形研究提供了新参考。
The 08Al cold-rolled strip steel has been rolled respectively by four rolling technology under 15% reduction on the four roller reversing cold-rolling mill,and being cut into the square plate with 25 cm side length as the specimen for residual stress.Experiments about the effect of the residual stress under different stretching force reveal the relationship between the residual stress and the shape of strip,which may help us to improve the distribution of the residual stress and the shape of strip.The conclusion not only provides theoretical basis of practical production,but also can supply new materials to the study of the shape of strip.
