摘要
在高副接触零件表面制造大量的微深孔,微深孔可以吸附与存储润滑油。主要阐述了激光加工过程中影响微深孔加工的因素。应用HGL-LCY300激光加工设备在滚轮表面打出了直径为Φ0.1 mm~Φ0.2 mm、孔深为1 mm左右的众多排列有序的微深孔。通过滚轮磨损实验初步表明:高副接触零件表面的微深孔能提升材料的耐磨性。
A large number of micro-deep holes are fabricated on the surface of the contacting parts which are beneficial to absorbing and depositing oil.This paper mainly expounds some factors that affect processing of micro-deep holes by laser method.Many ordered arrangement micro-deep holes with 0.2 mm in diameter and 2 mm in depth are fabricated with HGL-LCY300 laser processing cutting machine on the surface of the part.At the same time,an experiment is conducted,which indicates that micro-deep holes on contact surface of higher pair can improve the abrasion resistance of materials.
