摘要
光伏组件在机械载荷作用下,其中的太阳能电池层压板将产生不同程度的变形。利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行分析,并结合组件试验测试进行对比。结果表明:在采用给出的组件尺寸数据条件下,承受IEC61215标准规定的5 400 Pa机械静态载荷,组件变形将不会导致组件内部产生电池片隐裂、裂片等性能问题。了解这种变形规律,对组件生产厂家通过组件IEC产品认证机械载荷试验及组件在户外使用时,保证组件在风、积雪和覆冰的复杂气候条件作用下,能够长期正常工作具有一定的指导作用。
Inconsistent deformation is produced in solar battery laminate under mechanical load of PV modules.By use of finite element software ANSYS,the finite element analysis for solar battery laminate was carried out,and the comparison with components experiments was made.Results show that components deformation will not affect the internal battery slice performance,which bear 5 400 Pa mechanical static load under IEC61215 standards and use the size data given in this paper.Understanding the deformation law will bring about certain guidance for component manufacturers,when components pass IEC product certification for mechanical load test and components have a long-term normal work in outdoor use,and in the wind,snow,etc.
