摘要 提出了采用光纤传感器测量小孔圆度误差的一种新方法。该系统由光纤测量探头和以微型计算机为基础的控制电路组成。光纤探头由单根多模光纤制成,采用反射式光强调制原理。由红外发光二极管提供稳定的光源,返回光信号由光电二极管接收,并经过光电转换,由微机进行信息处理。传感器测头的结构小巧、抗干扰能力强,可以在高电压、强磁场和空间狭小的条件下工作,具有很强的通用性。实验表明该方法能可靠精确地测得小孔圆度误差。 In this paper,a new method to measure hole roundness error using fiber optic sensor is proposed.The system is composed of the optical detector made of a single multi-mode fiber and the micro-computer based control circuit.In the system,light source is provided by an infrared light-emitting diode,returned light signal is received by a photodiode receiver,the signal after photoelectric conversion is processed by the computer.With advantages of compact sensor probe,anti-interference ability,and so on,the system has a strong versatility.Experiments show that the method is reliable and accurate in hole roundness error measurement.
