车间作业环境噪声分析与控制

Analysis and Control of Environment Noise in Workshop

通过对某电机车间的环境噪声进行现场测量和分析,找出了产生噪声的根源。根据实际情况,采取了改进机械结构设计、吸声、隔振与减振等综合治理措施,使车间噪声降低了8 dB(A)～13 dB(A),把噪声控制在83 dB(A)以下,达到了相关标准规定,进而创造了一个健康的工作环境,提高了工人的工作效率。

Environment noise in one workshop is measured and analyzed,and some reasons for noise are found out.According to the practice condition,a comprehensive noise control scheme including improvemend of machine structure,sound absorption,sound insulation,is adopted.The noise value of the workshop is reduced 8 dB（A）-13dB（A）,less than 83 dB（A）,within the allowable range.Thus,the healthy work environment is created,and the work efficiency is raised.
