摘要
提出了一种由PLC系统、单片机系统和工控机组成的流水线控制系统。PLC系统用于控制送料机构中电机、油泵等强电设备;单片机系统接收指令并控制三坐标摄像头定位系统中步进电机的运行;工控机则主要用于发送指令以及图像识别和数据储存。由于发挥了三种不同类型控制系统的长处,使设备成本降低、工作可靠性提高。又因模块化设计,使流水线开发周期缩短,改型方便,具有更广泛的适用性。
The paper provides a design of control system based on PLC,MCU and IPC for energy meter sorting line.PLC is used for controlling heavy current installations of feed mechanism.MCU is used for receiving instructions and controlling step-motors of industrial camera locating system.IPC is used for sending instructions,image recognition and data storage.The control system integrating the advantages of PLC,MCU and IPC can reduce the production cost and improve the work reliability.Building block design can shorten the development cycle,and make it easy to be rebuilt,so it is suitably used in the wide-range.
